If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty or not as described please let us know within 7 days of purchase, we do not however refund for change of mind. We reserve our right to deny any claim or return. There is no refund on sale items.
When we are preparing and packing your order extra care is taken to protect your order during shipping. In rare occasions breakages can happen whilst in transit and Mrs Claus and Santa cannot be held responsible for damage caused by Couriers, Australia Post, misuse or damage caused by other parties. Please go through the company who delivered your package to ask for payment for damages.
Returns must be return to us in original packaging and shipping protection and conditions. All freight costs for return of goods is at the expense of the purchaser, except if Mrs Claus and Santa has sent an incorrect order. Mrs Claus and Santa will not be responsible for return goods being lost in transit and suggest registering your return with your courier.
