SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping:   Only Ships Australia Wide we can organize shipping to New Zealand.

Our goal is to process and ship your order within 5 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

  • We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
  • larger orders to a PO box can be restrictive. Very remote postcodes can also be restrictive, we will endeavor to do our best to get the product to you.
  • If your order is over the weight and size for Australia Post we will send via a courier. If you have an Authority to leave, then once your parcel is delivered we have no responsibility for your package. Please always let us know if you do not want your parcel left.
  • From time to time the cost of shipping is higher than normal to an area considered remote, we do our very best to ensure we get the best possible price for you.
  • During busy times or times of Storm and Tempest, Delivery times will vary.

Returns

Orders are checked before Shipping. Please notify us of any damaged upon arrival. If Australia post was used, please go to Post Office and fill out a Customer complaint form for a refund on Damaged items. If Australia Post Do not refund, contact us for a replacement or refund. You will need all the tracking details, original packaging. If a courier has delivered your product, please contact the company to start the refund process.

Sale items are nonrefundable,  if damaged on arrival, please start the process through Australia Post or the Courier company Who delivered your package. if you change your mind once the product has been received it cannot be returned..  Any returns  at all on Sales a Store credit will be issued.

Please be aware, the postage times are from when the order is received, the payment received & processed not when ordered. If you order on a Friday the next available post day will be in the next week. We try to get the orders out as quick as possible, We have no control over shipping times once your parcel is processed and shipped, Christmas time is an extra busy time for all our carriers and please allow extra time during this busy time.
